We usually respond within three days We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our growing international team and help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across our global remote organization. The Opportunity As our HR Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and help us grow a high-performing international team. A Day in the Life of an HR Recruiter at GTE Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across different departments. Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on role requirements and company values. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment priorities. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Keep applicant tracking systems and recruitment documentation accurate and up to date. Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging job postings and promoting career opportunities. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase hiring efficiency and quality. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely filling of open positions while maintaining hiring quality. Positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Strong candidate pipeline for priority and future roles. High-quality candidate shortlists that align with hiring manager expectations. Accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and applicant tracking. Efficient recruitment processes and continuous process improvements. Your Team You will work closely with hiring managers across multiple departments and collaborate with the People & Culture team to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent. You will play an important role in helping GTE continue building a high-performing, remote-first global team. We'd Love to Hear from You If You... Have 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR recruiting. Have experience recruiting for remote or international teams. Are confident in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms. Have experience conducting candidate screenings and coordinating interviews. Are familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment best practices. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Are highly organized and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Are proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented. Are passionate about connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Are available to work full-time.
