About the role

As Human Resources Specialist your main mission will be to execute, coordinate, and monitor cross-functional Human Resources initiatives and projects aimed at strengthening employee experience, engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication, ensuring their effective implementation and alignment with the company's strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and strengthening employees' connection with the organization.
• Drive actions related to wellbeing, recognition, integration, work-life balance, and overall quality of work life.
• Coordinate campaigns and initiatives designed to promote employee participation and engagement.
• Coordinate and execute employee engagement and workplace climate survey processes and derived plans.
• Coordinate and deliver the headquarters onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a consistent experience aligned with the company's culture and values, monitoring the experience end to end and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate internal communication initiatives and campaigns related to Human Resources.
• Develop and distribute content related to corporate initiatives, new hires, recognitions, internal events, and employee projects, ensuring consistency and the proper communication of the company's values and culture.
• Coordinate internship and trainee placement processes, including documentation management and follow-up of the participant experience.
• Collaborate in the design, implementation, and follow-up of cross-functional Human Resources projects and initiatives.
• Manage the configuration, maintenance, and functional support of HR systems and tools, including access permissions, organizational structures, user roles, and the updating of employee-related information.
• Coordinate and monitor internal processes related to working time, absences, remote work arrangements, and other corporate policies applicable to employees.
• Coordinate activities related to Occupational Health and Safety, including awareness campaigns, mandatory training, medical examinations, emergency drills, and other initiatives aimed at ensuring a safe and suitable working environment.

What are we looking for

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Postgraduate studies in Human Resources and/or Occupational Health & Safety will be considered an asset.
• Around 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles within companies operating internationally in the hospitality industry, with involvement cross-functional HR initiatives. Previous experience in Occupational Health & Safety will be considered an asset.
• Experience managing HR systems (HRIS, LMS, performance management, or employee feedback platforms).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Advanced level in both English and Spanish.
• Availability for occasional travel to company destinations.
