About the Role
HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking an organized and detail-oriented On-Call HR Support Specialist to provide administrative and project support to the People Team. This position is well suited for someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and provide accurate and timely support across a variety of HR functions.
The On-Call HR Support Specialist will support projects involving employee records, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS data, compliance tracking, training coordination, and other People Team initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support employee file organization and records management in accordance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Assist with updating HR documents, templates, forms, and training materials.
- Support coordination of employee training, development programs, and engagement activities.
- Help track compliance items, including certifications and training completion.
- Assist with data entry and updates in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in HR projects, including policy reviews, surveys, audits, and process improvements.
- Provide general administrative support to the People Team as needed.
- Complete required training and assigned work in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee, candidate, and organizational information.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to learn HRIS and other organizational systems.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in human resources, administration, recruiting, records management, or a related field.
- Experience working with an HRIS or other employee information systems.

Physical Requirements
This position primarily involves office and computer-based work. The employee must be able to communicate effectively, use a computer and standard office equipment, perform frequent keyboarding and mouse use, and handle documents and office materials. Compensation
The anticipated hourly pay rate for this position is $28.00 per hour. The actual rate offered will depend on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity, and applicable organizational compensation practices.
As an on-call position, hours may vary based on organizational needs and available assignments.
