What you´ll do Support HR systems operations by managing and monitoring HR25 tickets, ensuring timely resolution and closure Assist in Dayforce case management, including case tracking, status updates, and escalation monitoring Track and report the progress of system change requests to support implementation activities Monitor hypercare activities and provide updates on issue resolution and post-go-live support Coordinate workbench tasks by supporting workload distribution and monitoring task completion Maintain master lists and reporting trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date records Support ticket allocation activities to help ensure timely and efficient handling of requests What makes you a good fit Must be an undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Human Resources, Psychology, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in process improvement and reporting; Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accurately and maintain organized records Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service and support Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills; Basic copywriting skills for crafting engaging and informative content Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes; Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic HR technology environment Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
