We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused HR Systems & Insights Administrator to join our growing HR Systems & Insights team on a 24-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with technology, supporting colleagues, and helping improve the systems and data that underpin our People Services function.
Whether you already have experience in HR systems administration or you're looking to further develop your systems and data skills, this role offers the chance to work closely with colleagues across the organisation while building valuable expertise in people technology and insight.
About the Team
The HR Systems & Insights Team sits at the heart of Change Grow Live's people operations, providing specialist support and expertise across our people systems, data and reporting.
We provide first-line support for colleagues across Change Grow Live including line managers, employees and volunteers, helping resolve queries relating to people systems and people data. We work in close partnership with colleagues across People Services, Digital teams, Finance and Payroll, ensuring our systems and processes are efficient, accurate and user-friendly.
As a team, we're passionate about delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high-quality people data, and continuously improving the digital experience for our colleagues and volunteers.
About the Role
As an HR Systems & Insights Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for a variety of people systems and data enquiries. You'll support users across the organisation, investigate issues, maintain system records, and contribute to ongoing improvements that enhance the colleague experience.
You'll gain exposure to a range of HR technologies and processes while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure our systems remain reliable, compliant and effective.

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR systems and people data queries
- Providing timely and effective support to managers, employees and volunteers
- Maintaining accurate employee and organisational data within HR systems
- Investigating and resolving system issues or escalating where appropriate
- Supporting data validation, audits and reporting activities
- Working collaboratively with People Services, Digital, Finance and Payroll colleagues
- Contributing to system improvements, testing and implementation activities
- Producing and maintaining guidance and support materials for users
- Helping ensure excellent data quality, governance and compliance standards

- Experience working with HR, workforce or business systems
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence working with databases, spreadsheets and digital systems
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Working Arrangements
This role is remote based, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home. However, applicants must be within reasonable commuting distance of Brighton, UK, as occasional attendance for meetings, training or team activities may be required.
