As our HR & TA Coordinator you’ll support a broad range of activities across HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. You’ll help deliver a welcoming onboarding and induction experience for new colleagues, respond to employee queries and prepare documentation relating to contractual changes and other employee lifecycle events. You’ll maintain accurate employee records across our HR systems and support important processes including right-to-work checks, DBS checks, professional registrations, absence administration and pre-employment screening.

Alongside this, you’ll coordinate recruitment activity from vacancy approval through to onboarding, including advertising roles, arranging interviews, communicating with candidates and producing contracts. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience, while also getting involved wider People & Culture projects and improvement initiatives.

Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys working with people. You’ll ideally have previous experience within a People & Culture team, supporting HR coordination and Talent Acquisition activities, along with strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail.

You’ll be comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and will be able to remain calm, organised and focused when deadlines or priorities change. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are important, as you’ll be working with employees, candidates, hiring managers and external providers. You’ll bring a positive, can-do attitude, be comfortable taking ownership and using your initiative, and have a real commitment to providing a great employee and candidate experience. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is curious, enthusiastic and has a genuine desire to learn, develop and progress their career within HR.

This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work from our Peterborough Head Office for three days a week.
