HR & Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

What You'll Work On Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Own and drive end-to-end recruiting: job postings, candidate management, interviews, and active sourcing across functions Coordinate external recruiters and staffing partners where needed Manage and continuously improve our onboarding process so new team members hit the ground running People Development Organise and track regular employee check-ins and performance conversations Support the planning and delivery of workshops, training, and coaching initiatives Help design and evaluate internal surveys to keep a pulse on team health HR Operations & Administration Handle day-to-day HR admin: contract management, HR data maintenance, and preparation for payroll Be the go-to contact for employees on operational HR questions Support the UK Managing Director with organisational and administrative tasks — from scheduling and coordination to keeping things running smoothly in a lean team Employer Branding & University Relations Drive employer branding initiatives that make us a recognisable name in the UK talent market Build connections with universities and organise campus-facing activities to grow our talent pipeline Looking ahead: As the UK team grows, so will this role. There's real scope to take on broader HR strategy, build out a team, and shape what HR at UK looks like long-term.
