As part of its AI development and evaluation initiatives, the company engages experienced professionals to contribute their subject-matter expertise to the creation, review, and evaluation of complex, real-world tasks. ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking experienced HR & Talent Specialists with deep expertise in specialised areas of Human Resources to support AI training and evaluation projects. The successful candidates will apply their professional HR experience to develop and assess complex workplace scenarios, policies, frameworks, and solutions across areas such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Talent Management. This role requires strong HR expertise, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate whether HR solutions are practical, accurate, and aligned with established professional standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HR Scenario & Task Development Develop complex, realistic HR and talent management scenarios based on enterprise-level workplace situations. Create expert-level tasks covering specialised HR workflows and strategic people practices. Develop clear, accurate, and high-quality reference solutions for assigned scenarios. Ensure tasks reflect practical HR challenges and sound professional judgment. Talent & Workforce Strategy  Develop and evaluate scenarios relating to talent acquisition strategies and talent pipelines. Apply expertise in workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management. Assess approaches to attracting, developing, retaining, and managing talent. Evaluate HR strategies against organisational and business requirements. HR Policy & Programme Design  Create and assess scenarios involving HR policies, people frameworks, and specialist HR programmes. Apply knowledge of performance management, employee engagement, and organisational development practices. Evaluate the practicality and effectiveness of HR policies and programmes. Ensure HR frameworks align with relevant standards and workplace requirements. Total Rewards & Compensation  Develop and review scenarios involving compensation and benefits structures. Apply knowledge of total rewards principles and reward programme design. Assess the effectiveness and practicality of compensation-related recommendations. Evaluate relevant factors affecting employee rewards and benefits decisions. AI Evaluation & Quality Assurance  Review and assess AI-generated and expert-produced HR outputs. Apply established evaluation rubrics and grading standards. Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, gaps, and weaknesses in HR recommendations. Ensure outputs are accurate, practical, relevant, and aligned with recognised HR practices. Review, Calibration & Escalation  Review team members' outputs and provide feedback to maintain quality standards. Calibrate assessments to ensure consistency across assigned work. Identify complex edge cases and ambiguous evaluation requirements. Escalate genuine rubric or guideline ambiguities to the Functional SME Lead. Support continuous improvement of task quality and evaluation standards. REQUIREMENTS  8–15 years of professional experience in a specialised HR function. Strong experience in one or more of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organisational Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management Demonstrated experience designing and executing specialised HR programmes, workflows, policies, or frameworks. Strong understanding of compensation and benefits, talent pipelines, and strategic HR practices. Ability to analyse complex HR situations and develop practical, well-reasoned solutions. Strong written communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Ability to evaluate and calibrate complex HR scenarios against defined quality standards. Must be based in an approved U.S. state for the engagement. Preferred Qualifications  SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP, or equivalent professional HR certification. Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a similar analytical role. Experience developing HR policies, frameworks, assessments, or professional training materials.
