HR Technology, Change Management & Digital Adoption Intern – HQ Stockholm, Sweden
This is an internship for an active student with expected graduation from late 2027 of related Bachelor or Master programs at Swedish and European universities.
Start date 1 February 2027 – duration 6 months – full time

About the team and the role
People Technologies is a cross-functional team within Group HR responsible for the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of Electrolux’s global HR platforms and capabilities. The team supports scalable, compliant, and data-driven HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
As a HR Technology Intern, you will support the UX and Adoption workstream of Electrolux's Workday implementation. Working closely with the Digital Adoption Specialist and the broader HR Technologies team, you will assist with user experience testing, user feedback collection, communication activities, and adoption readiness efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR technology, digital adoption, user experience research, and change management while contributing to a major global transformation initiative.
What you’ll work on:
Workday Implementation
- Support user experience testing activities by guiding the users to identify potential improvements.
- Help coordinate employee engagement and adoption activities across different user groups affected by the Workday implementation.
- Support the preparation and distribution of communications related to system changes and adoption initiatives.
- Create and maintain adoption materials such as quick reference guides, presentations, checklists, and communication content.
- Assist in preparing resources and materials for change agents, champions, and key stakeholders supporting the implementation.
- Track participation, engagement, and feedback metrics to support adoption monitoring and reporting activities.
- Support user readiness assessments and other activities aimed at preparing employees for upcoming changes.
- Participate in workshops, demonstrations, and project meetings, capturing actions, observations, and key insights.
- Collaborate with HR, project team members, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience.

We offer the possibility of hosting a Bachelor or Master thesis project. The topic should be developed in alignment with the people leader of the position and relevant for Electrolux Group.
Who you are:
- Active Bachelor's or Master’s student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Remain an active student throughout the entire internship period with expected graduation date December 2027 or later.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in HR technology, digital transformation, user experience, or change management.
- Ability to gather information, analyse feedback, and present findings in a clear and structured manner.
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work with diverse stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Where you’ll be:
You will be based in Stockholm, our modern global Headquarter, with 1200+ colleagues on site. We work in a hybrid setup that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence. The work contract is full-time and limited to 6 months, with monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students.
