Location: Dublin 2 – Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days wfh (project/client dependant)

Contract: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Transformation Director to join a growing People & Change consulting team in Dublin.

This is a newly created, senior client-facing role for an individual with a strong track record of personally leading and delivering complex HR Transformation programmes. You will work closely with senior HR and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and helping organisations navigate significant transformation, restructuring, technology change and evolving workforce requirements.

The ideal candidate will have led substantial HR Transformation programmes within large organisations undergoing significant change.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will need to demonstrate clear examples of transformation programmes you have personally led, shaped and delivered, rather than simply having been exposed to HR transformation initiatives.

This is a newly created position rather than a backfill, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of the HR Transformation offering.
