The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for providing expertise and support for the configuration and maintenance of the HRIS.

This includes maintaining quality and consistency of HRIS database information; ensuring personnel actions are in compliance with current Human Resources policies and guidelines; providing technical support to Human Resources as well as employees and managers.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide Dayforce maintenance support for all modules (configuration set up, business processes and security)
  • Be a “Super User” to the organization in the assigned areas including HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Benefits and Employee & Manager Self Service
  • Provide support to stakeholders on all modules, understanding and managing operational requirements, corporate core requirements and software configuration.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system, data, process, and reporting issues through critical thinking and root cause analysis.
  • Experience configuring and supporting HRIS functionality including workflows, forms, business rules, security, reporting, and system integrations.
  • Load, manipulate, audit, and report on data in the HRIS. Make complex mass changes, conversions, or other direct data updates at a configuration level.
  • Work closely with IT and external vendors to plan, test, deliver, and support integrations involving HRIS data.
  • Monitor processes to assess the quality of data in the system.
  • Propose, document, and implement processes to improve data integrity and promote the consistent use of the system.
  • Develop custom reports and respond to ad hoc reporting requests from the business.
  • Develop and deliver training courses for HRIS functionality.
  • Create guides and documentation for the diverse groups of system end-users.
  • Resolve system issues for the modules as escalated by users
  • Develop metrics report for system usage and trending analysis Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and correct technical problems and deficiencies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, automate manual activities, reduce risk, and enhance the employee and manager experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing complex HR, payroll, workforce, and operational reports. Ability to analyze data, identify root causes of discrepancies, and translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
  • Develops functional/technical specifications and test plans for bug fixes and enhancements
  • Continually seeks ways to improve the process of delivering HRIS solutions

What you bring:

  • A minimum of 3-5 year’s experience supporting and configuring HRIS modules including Core HR, Recruiting & Onboarding, Performance & Compensation, and Benefits. Dayforce experience preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated consulting skills including strong communication, listening, project management and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to apply systems knowledge to solve business issues within HR and Operational practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguous situations.
  • SQL, database, or data query experience
  • Post-secondary education, preferred
  • Able to work independently and excel in a collaborative matrix environment.
  • Ability to protect and maintain confidentiality of HR and Company data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000 a year.
