We are looking for an experienced HRIS Consultant to support Workday Recruiting and Learning initiatives within a global HRIS environment.
The selected candidate will work on configuration, enhancements, and solution consulting activities, helping to meet increasing demand across Recruiting and Learning functions. You will collaborate with internal teams and service partners to deliver scalable Workday solutions in an international environment.
* Implement changes, enhancements, and configurations within Workday Recruiting.
* Support Workday Learning initiatives and configuration activities.
* Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
* Participate in customer discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
* Provide functional and technical consulting across Workday modules.
* Conduct demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Support solution design and continuous system improvements.
* Around 3 years of experience working within the Workday ecosystem.
* Strong experience with Workday Recruiting (preferred).
* Experience with Workday Learning (preferred).
* Experience configuring and implementing Workday solutions.
* Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
* Strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Experience working in international environments.
* Fluent English (mandatory).
* Location: Europe (Spain preferred).
* Work mode: 100% remote.
* Contract: Freelance.
* Duration: 6 months.
* Start date: ASAP (before end of August).
* Selection process: 1 interview (up to 45 minutes).
