Apply Description Peak Support is on the lookout for an HRIS Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient HRIS Associate to join our Human Resources team. The HRIS Associate will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support HR processes, data management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HRIS systems, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Responsibilities: HRIS Maintenance: Manage the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including data entry, system updates, and user support, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data. Data Management: Maintain employee records, including personal information, employment history, compensation details, and benefits enrollment, in compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies. System Configuration: Assist in the configuration, customization, and testing of the HRIS to support HR processes, workflows, and reporting requirements, in collaboration with HR stakeholders and IT partners. Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support HR decision-making, workforce planning, and compliance reporting, utilizing HRIS reporting tools and Excel. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy and efficiency, and enhance user experience within the HRIS platform, through automation, standardization, and best practices. Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to HR team members and end-users on HRIS functionality, processes, and best practices, ensuring effective utilization and adoption of the system. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, company policies, and industry standards in HR data management, and support internal and external audits as needed Vendor Management: Liaise with HRIS vendors, consultants, and service providers to resolve system issues, implement upgrades, and stay informed about system enhancements and industry trends. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in HRIS administration, data management, HR operations, or a related role, preferably in a corporate environment. Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud) and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, data validation, and auditing. Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel , including advanced functions (e.g., PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, complex formulas, and data reconciliation), with the ability to perform data audits, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Strong understanding of HR processes, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and HRIS best practices. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, audit, and interpret data to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives. Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and audit compliance. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support to end users. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HRIS implementation, configuration, system integration, or data migration projects is a plus. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or HRIS certification (e.g., HRIP) is desirable but not required.
