LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (Founder Voice): Remote, Philippines

Write as a founder. Research every lead like it matters. Own the conversation from first message to booked meeting.

We're hiring someone to run personalised LinkedIn outreach from a founder's own profile, writing in the founder’s voice, not from a template. Every lead gets researched before you reach out. You'll need to understand what our business actually sells well enough to hold a real conversation, not just land a clever opener. You own the whole arc: open, nurture, follow up, through to a booked meeting.

You'll work leads we supply and also self-source and prospect additional ones. The primary focus is one founder's profile, with room to extend to a second as the role proves out. LinkedIn only to start with.

This is not high-volume cold outreach, nor is it working a list mechanically. The role is about curating opportunities within our team’s existing networks, growing new ones through referrals and sharing insights that naturally bring people into the conversation. If your background is built solely around outbound volume, that's actually a mismatch for what we need here.

What we're looking for

• A motivated self-starter, ideally with 5-8 years' experience in sales development. That said, if you've got solid experience driving outreach and creating opportunities rather than a specific SDR title, we still want to hear from you
• Excellent written English - you're effectively ghost-writing as a founder, so the writing has to be sharp, natural and convincing
• A sharp researcher, comfortable digging into a person or company before you ever send a message
• Comfortable representing someone else's voice and identity convincingly
• Able to work independently with minimal day-to-day oversight

Job details

• Full-time preferred; open to part-time for the right person.
• The role is fully remote. You'll need your own laptop and reliable internet.
• Reports directly to our Chief Marketing Officer
• Work hours aligned to Philippine time zone (not east coast Australia)
• Part of a globally remote team who regularly meets and checks in with eachother
• ₱64,000 – ₱86,000 per month depending on experience and fit + opportunity to layer in commission/incentive structure on top of base for booked meetings and results
