Part-Time HubSpot Architect (Sales & Marketing Hubs) Role Overview: We are looking for a part-time, senior-level HubSpot expert to own, optimize, and scale our Sales and Marketing Hubs. This is not an entry-level data entry role; we need a strategic architect who can analyze our current tech stack, identify operational gaps, and build complex, frictionless automation that drives revenue. If you know the HubSpot ecosystem inside and out and can turn messy data into a streamlined machine, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Marketing Hub Mastery: Design, build, and optimize complex automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and retention. Set up and refine behavioral lead scoring models to ensure high-intent handoffs to the sales team. Manage and troubleshoot email marketing operations, landing pages, forms, and campaign tracking for maximum conversion. Sales Hub Optimization: Architect and maintain deal pipelines with customized stages, mandatory properties, and pipeline automation. Build out high-converting Sales Sequences, Snippets, and Playbooks to help the sales team scale their outbound outreach efficiently. Create advanced custom reports and executive dashboards to track rep performance, pipeline velocity, and revenue forecasting. System Administration & RevOps: Maintain strict data hygiene by managing custom properties, executing deduplication, and building dynamic list segmentations. Manage seamless integrations between HubSpot and our existing tech stack (e.g., Zoom, Zapier, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). Provide ongoing coaching, documentation, and support to the sales and marketing teams to drive 100% platform adoption. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically as a HubSpot Administrator, RevOps Specialist, or HubSpot Architect. Certifications: Active HubSpot certifications in Marketing Software, Sales Software, and Revenue Operations are required. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of custom objects, calculated properties, cross-hub reporting, and third-party integrations. Work Style: Highly autonomous, strategic thinker who can execute high-impact tasks efficiently within a part-time schedule.
