HubSpot CRM Administrator

Location: Dunbridge, OH or Remote

Position Summary

The HubSpot CRM Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and governance of the company's HubSpot platform across multiple brands. As the primary platform administrator, this individual contributor ensures HubSpot remains a scalable, reliable, and well-governed foundation for customer engagement, marketing operations, and lifecycle communications.
Partnering across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, this role owns platform configuration, data quality, integrations, automation, technical troubleshooting, AI enablement, and reporting while balancing centralized governance with brand-specific needs.

What You'll Do:

Platform Administration & Governance
  • Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize HubSpot across multiple brands
  • Manage CRM objects, properties, pipelines, associations, lists, workflows, permissions, teams, and user access
  • Evaluate, configure, and enable new HubSpot features and AI capabilities
  • Establish governance for naming conventions, folder structures, lifecycle stages, templates, automation, and reporting
  • Maintain platform documentation, technical standards, and best practices
CRM Data & Content Management
  • Own CRM data architecture, hygiene, integrity, and ongoing maintenance
  • Resolve duplicate, incomplete, and inconsistent data while maintaining a trusted source of truth
  • Ensure assets are organized, current, and easily accessible across brands
Lifecycle Marketing Operations
  • Configure and maintain audience segmentation, workflows, automation, and campaign infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot platform, automation, integration, and campaign issues and implement sustainable solutions
  • Build scalable technical solutions that support customer journeys across multiple brands and customer segments
Reporting & Insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards, operational reports, and reporting infrastructure
  • Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure reliable, consistent measurement
  • Monitor CRM health, automation performance, data quality, and platform adoption
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and HR to improve processes, integrations, and data quality
  • Train users on HubSpot functionality, AI best practices, and platform standards
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, integrations, and process optimization
  • Serve as the primary HubSpot resource for internal troubleshooting

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience administering HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform
  • Experience with CRM configuration, automation, reporting, data governance, integrations, and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, system integrations, or custom CRM functionality
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a cross-functional environment
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, CRM, and/or Operations Hub) preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or business units within a shared CRM preferred
  • Experience with JavaScript, HubSpot custom code actions, APIs, and integration development a plus
  • Familiarity with lead management, attribution, lifecycle architecture, and marketing operations a plus
