Job Role: HubSpot Delivery Specialist
Compensation range: $2,000 AUD - $2,500 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you'll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: A boutique consulting firm specializing in revenue operations and HubSpot solutions, helping professional services businesses optimize their sales, marketing, and service processes. The team takes a hands-on approach to designing effective strategies, systems, and workflows that support sustainable growth.
Role Overview: We're looking for a strong, technically-minded HubSpot specialist to be a key part of our delivery team. You'll join discovery sessions, translate requirements into action, configure HubSpot, support client onboarding, and deliver high-quality builds while helping the team scale.
This is a technical role with strong growth potential. You'll help own and optimize our HubSpot environment, stay across the latest tools and capabilities, and play a key role in building delivery processes as the business grows.
You need to be someone who can take a brief and execute independently, using good judgement to fill in the gaps, communicate confidently with clients, and suggest improvements rather than waiting for every detail to be mapped out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure HubSpot solutions — design and implement workflows, automation, lead scoring, pipelines, reporting, dashboards, data migrations, and integrations across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
- Own client delivery from discovery to completion — join discovery sessions, translate requirements into action, support onboarding, and deliver high-quality builds with minimal supervision
- Support client communication — confidently join client calls, ask clarifying questions, explain technical decisions, confirm next steps, and keep projects moving. (The founder leads the relationship; you'll support delivery and technical execution.)
- Own and optimize the HubSpot environment — manage the internal HubSpot instance, stay current with new capabilities, and apply best practices across implementations
- Build delivery foundations — create SOPs, documentation, standards, and processes that support future growth
- Take ownership of outcomes — handle ad hoc requests, work from high-level direction, and use good judgement to execute without needing every step documented
Requirements
Must-haves:
- Strong, verifiable HubSpot experience with hands-on capability across automation, segmentation, campaigns, reporting, onboarding, and deployment support
- Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment with limited processes and documentation
- Strong spoken and written English, with confidence communicating directly with clients
- A proactive, hands-on approach — someone who takes ownership, suggests improvements, and delivers high-quality work without constant guidance
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to turn business requirements into practical HubSpot solutions
Nice-to-haves:
- Agency or consultancy experience supporting multiple clients
- RevOps or sales-process mindset beyond just HubSpot configuration
- Experience with integrations and connecting HubSpot with other systems
- HubSpot certifications (helpful, but practical build experience is most important)
