Human Capital Business Partner – Leading Hedge Fund – Large Total Comp Package + High Impact Seat

My client, a leading global hedge fund is looking to hire a Human Capital Business Partner into a newly created role in their Singapore office.

The firm has built a stellar reputation as one of the best performing and most dynamic hedge funds in the space. The hire will step into a newly created and high impact role, effectively stepping in as the key HR Business Partner for the APAC region during a time of growth and expansion for the firm, reporting to the CPO. You will take on a generalist HRBP remit working to drive infrastructure development for HR processes as the firm expands whilst taking on all tactical and strategic business partnering responsibilities; working to manage workforce planning and supporting business line leads by aligning people strategy and operations to business growth aims. The hire will also work to manage year-end promotion and progression cycles and work to lead on performance management processes for investment and non-investment populations. The hire will also own key operational processes and leverage the HRIS to make data driven decisions pertaining to people strategy and act as the engineer behind operational delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience as an established, hands-on HR Business Partner at a leading hedge fund, investment bank or proprietary trading firms, however, they team are open to strong candidates from the fintech space that can take on tactical and strategic tasks.

The successful candidate will receive a strong increase in his / her current base salary and a high performer in the role will receive a large % bonus
