Job Description :

3-5 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner, including experience coaching and influencing leaders, negotiating, coaching, and driving thoughtful and collaborative solutions with various levels of leadership

§ Experience supporting Commercial functions demonstrating success leading through organizational change; prioritize, develop timelines in view of competing priorities, and scope projects.

§ Experience leading others, whether directly or indirectly, and demonstrated ability to cultivate a team environment and trusting and productive working relationships.
