Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce. Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees and managers. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions. Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, promoting employee well-being. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR management role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills.
