Moore Ireland is seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the continued development of its people function.

This role will provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and consistently. The successful candidate will help maintain HR records, support recruitment and onboarding administration, coordinate employee documentation and assist with HR reporting and compliance activities.

Duties:

HR Related:
  • Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries and documentation requests.
  • Produce HR reports, headcount information and market compensation data.
  • Maintain employee information within HR systems.
  • Support ISO 27001, audit and governance activities as required.
  • Administer leavers (letters, payroll, holiday calculation and IT notification).

Recruitment Related:
  • Prepare job descriptions in conjunction with hiring managers, post vacancies to recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  • Support graduate, university intern and summer placement recruitment campaigns.
  • Coordinate university guest lectures, careers fairs and recruitment events as required.
  • Prepare offer documentation, background checks and IT set up.
  • Prepare welcome communications and onboarding activities, including the delivery Day 1 Inductions.

Associate Development Related:
  • Support trainee accountants throughout the lifecycle of their training contract.
  • Manage professional body registrations, exam registrations, training records, and maintain accurate records of trainee progress.
  • Monitor trainee exam performance and progression, working closely with business leaders to provide appropriate support and development interventions.
  • Maintain regular contact with trainees and managers to ensure a positive trainee experience and successful progression through the qualification process.
  • Manage compensation and charge-out rates.

Skills and Expereience Required:
  • 2 Years HR administration experience.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
