• Graduate of BS major in Human Resource Management/ BS Psychology
• We are open for fresh graduates.
• Willing to report to office thrice a week (hybrid set-up 3x RTO, 2x WFH)

Job responsibilities

• Assist in hiring activities and in processing hiring related paper works.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of qualified personnel
• Conduct employee and intern orientation
• Assist in employee relations such as regularization, promotion, and performance evaluation, and separation
• Assist in maintaining human resource documents and database
• Maintaining and updating personnel data in information system or database
• Assist in checking and summarizing time report preparation
• Assist in preparing for company activities
• Other activities that will be assigned from time to time
