Impact: Be a trusted resource for leaders and associates, helping bring great people to Majestic and turning people strategies into an exceptional associate experience What You'll Do: Partner with leaders and associates to provide guidance and coaching on associate relations, performance management, career development, and policy interpretation while strengthening engagement, productivity, and retention Assess talent needs, skill gaps, and development opportunities; partner with leaders to update job descriptions and develop strategies that support business needs Develop recruiting strategies and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from building candidate pipelines and attending recruiting events through selection and offer, while delivering a positive candidate experience Lead and support new hire orientation and onboarding, helping associates understand Majestic’s culture, benefits, policies, expectations, and business while coaching managers on effective integration practices Administer People Operations policies, procedures, and programs, providing associates and leaders with guidance on policies, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and related topics Address associate relations matters with discretion and sound judgment, including conducting thorough and objective workplace investigations and partnering with corporate People Operations on complex issues Partner with corporate resources and business leaders to identify, coordinate, and facilitate training, learning, leadership development, and talent development programs Analyze People Operations trends, metrics, and recurring themes to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement of programs and processes Serve as a change partner to the business, helping leaders and associates navigate organizational changes and implementing practices that strengthen effectiveness and the associate experience Support annual People Operations initiatives, including performance management, merit compensation reviews, benefits enrollment, training, compliance, and other human capital programs Lead talent management efforts within the assigned region, including performance management, associate development, succession planning, and related talent initiatives Develop and support associate engagement programs and initiatives that reinforce Majestic’s culture and create a positive associate experience Manage associate offboarding activities, including exit interviews, and use feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improvement Other job-related duties and special projects as assigned Who We're Looking For: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum three (3) years of HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment, including recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or human resources management experience Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications Skills: Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, including talent acquisition, associate relations, employment law and compliance, performance management, and talent development Strong coaching and relationship-building skills, with the ability to guide associates and leaders through complex or sensitive situations and positively influence the associate experience Clear and effective communicator who builds trust across diverse audiences while demonstrating discretion, personal integrity, and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate information, identify trends, and translate insights into practical solutions Organized and self-directed, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, adapt to changing business needs, and follow through with limited supervision What Makes You Stand Out: Five (5) years of HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment, including recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or human resources management experience. PHR, SPHR, or other HR certification. Experience working with the UKG HCM system.
