HR Business Partner - Night Shift
Cebu City - IT Park | Onsite (First 6 months), then Hybrid (3x Onsite and 2x WFH), Night Shift (10 PM - 7 AM PH Time)
You set the operational pace for how GoTeam’s internal talent remains aligned, accountable, and high-performing as the organization scales. This role exists to own the end-to-end performance lifecycle and employee relations—eliminating ambiguity through structured KPIs and ensuring that internal standards are protected through firm, high-empathy accountability.
