Position Purpose

Serve as the strategic HR partner for the company's overseas operations, supporting recruitment coordination, employee relations management, and performance management across Europe, the United States, and South Asia. Through cross-regional collaboration and localized HR support, ensure the efficient operation and compliance management of overseas teams, supporting the company's continuous global business expansion.


Key Responsibilities

Overseas Recruitment Support

  • Collaborate closely with the global Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment needs across Europe, the US, and South Asia, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding follow-up.
  • Build and maintain a database of overseas recruitment channels, continuously optimizing cross-regional recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Assist the CHRO in developing recruitment strategies for key overseas positions, tracking progress and providing data support.

Employee Relations Management

  • Serve as the HR point of contact for overseas employees, handling employee relations matters including inquiries, conflict mediation, disciplinary actions, and offboarding.
  • Ensure employee relations practices comply with local labor laws and company policies, identifying and managing cross-regional employment risks.
  • Standardize overseas onboarding processes, establish employee communication mechanisms, and enhance employee experience and satisfaction.

Performance Management Support

  • Support regional business leaders in executing performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance conversation and feedback techniques to enhance team management capabilities.
  • Collect and analyze regional performance data, producing performance analysis reports to inform talent decisions.

Cross-Regional Collaboration & HR Operations

  • Act as the HR bridge between headquarters and overseas teams, ensuring company HR policies are implemented across regions with appropriate localization.
  • Support daily HR operations for overseas employees, including compensation & benefits inquiries, leave management, and attendance administration.
  • Participate in the localization of global HR programs, such as employee engagement surveys, talent reviews, and organizational development initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Monitor changes in labor laws across the Philippines and key overseas markets, assess impact on employment practices, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure employment contracts, policy documents, and operational processes comply with local legal requirements.
  • Assist in handling overseas labor disputes, compliance audits, and regulatory inspections.


Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or above. Major in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or cross-regional HR support role.
  • Experience in multinational companies, cross-border e-commerce, or logistics industry preferred.
  • Hands-on experience supporting HR matters in Europe, the US, or South Asia preferred.

Language:

  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of independently conducting cross-regional meetings, email communications, and document writing.
  • Chinese language proficiency is a plus.

Technical Acumen:

  • Familiar with recruitment process management, employee relations handling, and performance management methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws in key overseas markets.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and office software.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Strong organizational coordination and project management abilities, capable of driving cross-regional HR initiatives to completion.
  • Independent problem-solving skills, able to maintain high productivity in a remote work environment.
  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality, able to handle sensitive employee information appropriately.
