About the Company

A global pharmaceutical company is building its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an HR consultant to advise on people strategy as the centre scales. You will help design how a fast-growing organisation hires, structures, and looks after its teams. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Human Resources Consultant, you will advise leadership on org design, policy, and people programmes, and turn that advice into practical frameworks the HR team can run with.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory & Design

• Advise on org structure, role design, and workforce planning
• Design or refine HR policies, grading, and compensation frameworks
• Recommend practices for engagement, retention, and performance

Delivery & Compliance

• Translate recommendations into rollout plans the team can execute
• Ensure policies align with Indian employment and compliance norms
• Track adoption and refine programmes based on feedback

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 6 years in HR consulting, HR business partnering, or people strategy
• Strong grasp of org design, policy, and HR best practice
• Able to advise leaders and translate strategy into action
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to a GCC, pharma, or large multinational environment
• Experience designing HR frameworks from scratch
• An MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR
