Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HR administration for employees across the organization. The role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, supporting employee relations, handling queries, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations. The Human Resources Executive will coordinate performance management activities, support talent acquisition processes, and assist in designing employee engagement initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with management and team leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals and to foster a positive, inclusive work environment. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including workforce planning and performance management.
Candidates should possess HR Operations experience, such as handling onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance processes.
Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and related labor regulations, with the ability to implement and update policies as needed.
Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Experience with HR software or HRIS platforms, proficiency in MS Office, and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Prior experience in an IT services or technology-focused organization is beneficial.
