Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management, and fostering positive employee relations across a distributed team. The Executive will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and contribute to a data-informed, inclusive, and high-engagement work environment.

• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience in strategic workforce planning and talent development.
• Candidates should possess HR Operations and HR Policies expertise, with a track record of designing and implementing HR processes, guidelines, and compliance frameworks.
• Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Candidates should possess experience in recruitment and onboarding, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
• Experience in tech or AI-driven organizations and familiarity with data-informed HR decision-making will be beneficial.
