A leading investment firm is seeking an HRIS Associate to support and enhance its Workday environment while driving innovative HR technology and automation initiatives.

About the Role

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys building solutions, improving processes, and partnering directly with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, test, and deploy enhancements across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Reporting.
• Build and support workflow automations and technology solutions that improve efficiency and data quality.
• Partner with HR and business teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, integrations, and data feeds.
• Support system upgrades, troubleshooting, and HR technology initiatives.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HRIS support.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of HRIS, Workday, or enterprise systems experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Reporting, Security, and Business Processes.
• Experience with system configuration, reporting, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/BI tools preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay range and compensation package:

$160-165K Plus Bonus- Total Comp of 190-200K
