Role Description This full-time remote Human Resources Intern role supports the HR team with daily operational and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. The intern helps maintain employee records, supports onboarding and orientation processes, and contributes to HR documentation and policy updates. Additional tasks may include coordinating HR communications, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and helping with basic benefits and personnel inquiries under supervision. The role offers exposure to core HR functions and opportunities to learn best practices in a global technology-focused environment.
Qualifications

  • Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and interest in HR as a career path.
  • Knowledge or coursework related to HR Management and Personnel Management.
  • Basic familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a diverse, global team.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, video conferencing tools).
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or administration is an asset but not required.
