Now, we’re growing our team and looking for a driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern (Compulsory Internship) to help bring this vision to life.

As part of our team, you’ll contribute to shaping a fast-growing startup’s culture, HR systems, and people operations.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As our HR Intern, you will support the development and execution of core human resources functions—from recruitment to onboarding, and people experience. This is a hands-on role designed to give you practical experience in a startup HR environment.

Talent Acquisition Support

• Assist in preparing and posting job listings across platforms
• Help screen CVs and coordinate interviews
• Maintain applicant tracking systems

Onboarding & People Operations

• Support onboarding processes for new team members
• Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete and organized
• Help in planning virtual team-building activities

HR Administration & Compliance

• Assist with internship agreements, documentation, and compliance tracking
• Update internal HR databases and help manage templates and communication

Employee Experience

• Support feedback collection through surveys and check-ins
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and newsletters
• Help maintain company culture in a remote environment

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is responsible, motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic startup culture.

Ideal Candidate:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, Trello, or similar
• A team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for learning
