Are you looking for an internship to boost your experience? Join our international team! As an Allround HR Intern , you won’t be making coffee (unless it’s for yourself 😉). You’ll be right in the middle of everything that makes our people & recruitment operations run smoothly. From drafting contracts to helping us gear up for our Rituals Peak ( Black Friday madness and Christmas rush! ). Your key missions: Support HR with onboarding, imports, contracts, personnel changes, exit processes, and data management; Be part of our biggest seasonal hiring waves around the holidays; Assist with internal HR communication, templates, and process updates; Work with colleagues from different departments to improve the way we support our people. 🎓 What You’ll Learn You’ll learn a lot, but in a fun, collaborative environment. Among the many things you’ll take away: How HR really works in a fast-paced, people-first company; Practical experience with HR tools like ATS and HRIS systems;; How data and structure keep everything on track behind the scenes; How to balance operational support with cultural impact; What it means to be part of a people & culture team that truly values people. 🌍 What We Offer A hybrid internship: partly from our cozy office in Amsterdam Westerpark , partly from home. Experience in the airline industry and client contact rush! 🙋‍♀️ Who You Are You’re curious, hands-on, and not afraid to ask questions. You love working with and for people. You’re someone who likes to take initiative and enjoys being part of a team where no day is the same. You are: Studying HR, Business, Psychology or a related field (HBO/WO level) in the Netherlands. Organised, proactive, and eager to roll up your sleeves. Comfortable with tools like Excel, Outlook, or HR systems. Fluent in English, and preferably in Dutch as well.
