About the job : Sagacify (Craftzing) is looking for an HR intern who wants a front-row seat on what it actually takes to bring two companies together not just in theory, but in the day-to-day details: contracts, policies, communication, and the small things that make people feel like one team rather than two. We were founded as one of the first AI companies in Belgium, on a mission to create meaningful impact through automation and efficiency. Sagacify recently joined the Craftzing group, alongside Namahn, Made and Innocom and that integration is very much a live, ongoing story, not a finished one. On the people side, that means aligning HR processes and policies, but also keeping culture, trust and momentum alive while two organisations learn to work as one. You'll work closely with our Head of Talent & Culture on exactly that, with real ownership over real projects from day one, regardless of your level of experience. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, you'll probably feel right at home here. What you'll do : Help map and compare HR processes, policies and benefits across Sagacify and Craftzing entities, flagging gaps and inconsistencies as we work towards alignment Support the harmonisation of HR documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts and internal policies Prepare internal communication materials that support the integration — announcements, FAQs, onboarding content that helps people from different entities understand each other Help organise activities that bring teams from different entities together, from team-buildings to cross-company events Analyse existing HR data across the group and help identify what's missing or what needs rethinking as we align Support recruitment efforts to identify and attract tomorrow's talent from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and following up with applicants Support day-to-day HR operational tasks and general initiatives and projects Work hand-in-hand with our Head of Talent & Culture, bringing your own ideas to the table We would love you to bring your vibrant personality and your own progressive ideas! Who we're looking for : You're pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field You have a genuine interest in recruitment, onboarding, process optimisation, and how organisations change and grow You can be trusted with sensitive or confidential information, and handle it with discretion You're fluent in French, with professional proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus You're comfortable with presentation tools such as Canva or Gamma, and confident in Google Workspace, especially Docs and Slides You're enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility You enjoy working with diverse teams, engaging with people, and turning theoretical knowledge into practical solutions You communicate well, stay organised, and aren't afraid to ask the right questions or take initiative Previous work experience or internships in HR or a related field is a plus, but not a requirement You're available to start as soon as possible, for 3 to 6 months Don't worry if you don't tick every single box. What matters most is the right mindset and a drive to keep learning. Why you'll love us : You'll join at a genuinely interesting moment helping shape how a merger actually feels for the people living through it, not just reading about it afterwards. Few interns get that close to real organisational change this early.
