Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager located in Saket, with some flexibility to work from home. The role includes implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture through effective personnel management. The Human Resources Specialist will also engage in managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labour regulations while contributing to the organization’s overall HR strategy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of employment laws and compliance regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role in a marketing or creative industry is a plus
