Job Overview & Details:

• Position Status: Full-Time, Permanent, 100% Fully Remote
• Location: Remote (Expats welcome)
• Target Compensation: Approx. $1,039.80 USD/month base (based on full-time hours) | $6.00 USD/hour
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to existing candidates within the pipeline.
• Promote healthcare-related job opportunities and engage candidates effectively.
• Manage candidate communications, gather necessary information, and maintain accurate records.
• Perform consistent follow-ups to build positive candidate relationships and drive placement goals.
• Demonstrate persistence, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach to pipeline management.
• Handle rejection professionally while maintaining high energy and call frequency.

Requirements & Skills:

• Outbound Calling Experience: Proven ability and comfort placing multiple high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Industry Experience: Background as an appointment setter, scheduler, recruiter, or staffing representative, ideally within the healthcare and/or senior care sectors.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Spanish, with exceptional, advanced English speaking and written communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
• Core Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, persistent, goal-oriented, and comfortable engaging with the elderly community.
