Human Resources Administrative Specialist - EMEA (f/m/d) What to expect: The Human Resources Specialist is supporting the EMEA HR department by providing general administrative and organizational support in the areas of employee onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, event coordination, compensation and benefits, training and development, and policies and guidelines. Managing administrative employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding over our 11 European locations. Coordinating new employee orientation and introduction to HR systems. Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, and employment references. Servicing as the point of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative HR questions. Providing advice on benefits, internal processes, and HR policies. Administering employee benefits, as well as supporting with the organization of company events and employee well-being initiatives. Maintaining and updating personnel files, time-keeping system and HCM system. Contributing to the optimization and digitization of our HR processes Supporting HR Generalists and management with administration of various projects, benefits and policy/procedure implementation and changes. Working closely with facilities and finance department. Providing excellent customer service in all HR-admin related interactions. Utilizing tools, systems & resources effectively to analyze employee data, develop solutions and provide support to meet internal customer needs that ensure strong cross-functional communication. This includes but is not limited to Benefits, Compensation, and systems such as applicant tracking, time off/absence, HRIS, and other HR related systems used to facilitate job accountabilities. What we are looking for: Bachelor degree in Business or a related field, apprenticeship or equivalent combination of education and work experience. First experience in an HR administrative or team assistant role. Basic knowledge of local labor laws would be a plus. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. Interacts effectively and professionally with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization. Demonstrates a positive attitude toward self and others. Experience in dealing with different nationalities and cultures Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Additional languages are a plus. Structured, independent and reliable working style. Exhibits strong analytical and organizational skills, is process-focused, has attention to detail and prioritizes well. Manages competing demands and works effectively and efficiently with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events. Trustworthy and maintaining the utmost confidentiality. Demonstrates a positive attitude toward self and others. PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with MS office and other software.
