About this Position What you´ll do Support Henkel’s global Employer Branding and Culture initiatives, helping strengthen our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and foster an inspiring, inclusive workplace culture. Collaborate on global talent attraction, culture, and communication projects across external talent marketing, career channels, internal engagement, academic relations, and AI-driven initiatives. Create and manage engaging content for global communication channels, including social media, employer branding campaigns, culture storytelling, and employee advocacy initiatives. Support international university partnerships and events while contributing to activities that connect talent, culture, and the Henkel employee experience. Conduct market research, benchmarking, trend monitoring, and analyses of talent and culture trends, identifying opportunities to apply AI and innovation to attract and engage talent more effectively. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
