Hey 👋 I'm Martyna, Head of People at Kandy and I am looking for a colleague.

I joined Kandy a year ago to kick off the HR function.

Built some systems. Hired 70+ people. Established onboarding, performance reviews, and growth paths.

As the team grows, we need more hands on deck to develop it further - hire better, grow smarter, make systems more efficient.

Most HR roles look the same.

Stiff templates. Corporate tone.

Candidates treated like ticket numbers, not humans.

You'll own the full hiring process and closely collaborate with managers, acting as Partner.

You'll build Employer Journey: the systems, the pipelines, the processes like no other company do;)

If it doesn't exist yet, you'll create it.

That's either exciting or terrifying.

We're looking for the person who finds it exciting.

What this actually looks like:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for marketing and operational positions.
• Build sourcing systems and pipelines that don't fall apart when you're busy.
• Keep candidates warm in a market where everyone is competing for the same people.
• Work closely with hiring managers who are genuinely invested.
• Get all the tools & resources you need to do your job well.
• Get hands-on work defining Employee Journey at Kandy.

You're right for this if:

• You know the best candidates go cold in 48 hours and you act accordingly.
• You treat recruitment like sales. Pipeline, follow-up, closing.
• You've hired for marketing roles before and understand what good looks like.
• You're a builder. Blank canvas doesn't scare you, it motivates you.
• You move fast without cutting corners.
• Your English is strong, we hire across markets.
