Panoramic Health is seeking an HR Specialist to join our corporate Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, service-oriented HR professional who enjoys being the person employees and leaders can rely on to get questions answered, processes moving, and details handled accurately. As an HR Specialist, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across a variety of HR functions, including employee records, HRIS administration, reporting, benefits and policy support, employee communications, workers' compensation, audits, and special projects. This is a remote position , with a strong preference for candidates located in the Tempe/Phoenix, Arizona area and working in the Mountain Time Zone . What You'll Do Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. Serve as a resource to employees and leaders regarding HR policies, benefits, procedures, documentation, and processes. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information, including payroll, benefits, attendance, performance, and employee relations matters. Maintain accurate employee files and records, including benefits and attendance documentation. Process assigned employee data changes and updates within Dayforce and other HR systems. Serve as the primary point of contact and manager for the HR inbox, responding to inquiries and appropriately routing questions, emails, and HR tickets to the appropriate individual or team. Support HR reporting needs, including termination reporting, compliance reporting, HR metrics, corrective action tracking, and other HR-related reports. Maintain HRBP team trackers and support special projects and ongoing HR initiatives. Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Create and support clear, concise, and engaging presentations and communications that help leaders and employees understand HR programs, policies, and processes. Support employee experience and engagement initiatives across the organization. Participate in and provide backup support for New Employee Orientation presentations. Serve as a designated point of contact for workers' compensation reporting , partnering with the HRBP team, leaders, and the workers' compensation management company. Participate in weekly, monthly, and annual HR audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process consistency. Support other HR projects, processes, and initiatives as assigned. What We're Looking For Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related administrative function. 3+ years of customer service experience with a strong focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving. Experience working with an HRIS , such as Dayforce, Workday, UKG, or a similar system. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office , including: PowerPoint – strong presentation development skills Excel – comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets Word Outlook SharePoint Teams Experience with electronic ticketing or case-management systems is a plus. HRCI or SHRM certification is a plus, but not required.
