Human Resources Specialist

A growing healthcare business is looking for a specialist to join the human resources department. The successful candidate will design and implement strategic development concepts to support employees and leadership teams across the organization. This role focuses on modern learning formats and proactive talent management to drive professional growth.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing holistic strategic personnel development programs

• Advising managers and department heads on targeted employee development measures

• Designing and conducting workshops, training sessions, and digital learning formats

• Creating target-group-specific training programs based on comprehensive needs analyses

• Managing external service providers including trainers and coaches while evaluating program success

What we're looking for

• Degree in social sciences, psychology, business, or a related field focused on HR

• Professional experience in personnel development with knowledge of adult education and diagnostics

• Proficiency in using modern development tools and project management methodologies

• Experience in the conceptual design and implementation of digital learning platforms

• Fluency in German and English with strong communication and organizational skills
