Human Resources Trainee Apply We usually respond within a week Human Resources Trainee We're looking for someone curious, organised and genuinely interested in learning how People & HR works in a global company. You'll join our international HR team and get hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new colleagues to supporting HR processes that help our people thrive. You'll work with employees across multiple countries, support day-to-day HR operations, learn how HR systems and processes work in practice, and get exposure to a fast-paced, global organisation where people truly matter. What you'll actually do You'll get involved in a wide range of HR activities, not just one area. That includes: Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. Assisting with HR administration and employee documentation while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Helping coordinate HR development activities and learning initiatives. Supporting employee records and ensuring data is up to date across our systems. Managing administrative processes related to students and interns across the organisation. Assisting with HR projects and process improvements that help us work smarter and more efficiently. Preparing HR-related communications, presentations and reports. Working closely with HR colleagues across different countries to support our global workforce. Using digital tools and technology to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience. What we're looking for You're currently studying a Bachelor's degree or, preferably, a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, Law or a related field. You must be able to sign an internship agreement ("convenio de prácticas") through your university or educational institution. You're comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You work in a structured and organised way, paying attention to the details that matter. You're able to take ownership of tasks and work independently when needed. You enjoy collaborating with others and communicating with people from different backgrounds. You have a good command of English, both written and spoken. You're curious, proactive, eager to learn and excited to build a career in Human Resources. Bonus points if you've had previous exposure to HR administration, HR systems or employee-related processes.
