Synergy companies is looking for a new HVAC Install helper to join our Fresno team. Qualifications:
Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields preferred
familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
ability to handle physical workload
strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
High school graduate or equivalent
EPA certification (required)
Understanding of roles, regulations, and codes
ability to climb, stoop, balance, Crouch, and/ or kneel continually
Responsibilities:
install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to emergency maintenance request
adhere to all safety policies and procedures
test and sealing of ducting systems
provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete task on time
