Hybrid Cloud Support Technician (Level II) – MSP Experience: Active Directory experience at the intermediate level Administration experience in multi-site Active Directory 2008R2/2012/2016 environments Administration experience in Office365 & Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016 environments Proficiency with basic networking technologies (VPN, wireless, DNS/DHCP, IP, etc.) Experience with IT supports ticketing systems and RMM (ConnectWise, Autotask Datto, Kaseya, Automate/LabTech, ITGlue, etc.) Ability to write and speak eloquently in an often fast-paced multi-task environment.
