What You'll Do

• Assist members with account inquiries and transactions
• Support fraud and dispute claims while protecting member information
• Educate members on products, services, and self-service tools
• Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced contact center environment
• Navigate multiple systems to resolve member needs efficiently

• Customer Service
• Call Centers
• Retail
• Administrative/Receptionist Roles

Schedule

• Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Various shifts available! Must be able to work 1 weekend day!

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
