This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving a wide variety of technical issues, working directly with end users, and supporting Microsoft-based environments. You will troubleshoot everything from Microsoft 365 and Active Directory issues to networking, server, and firewall-related tickets while partnering with senior engineers on more complex challenges.
