The Hybrid Junior System Administrator – MSP responsibilities include visiting local client sites in the area to support project needs when it comes to TCP/IP, Active Directory, Office365, Exchange, WAN, VLAN, Firewalls, VMWare, etc. The Hybrid Junior System Administrator – MSP will also be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and integrity of the server components of the network including systems backups. The Hybrid Junior System Administrator – MSP will have the opportunity to gain exposure to emerging virtualization and cloud technologies and grow beyond essential desktop support. Hybrid Junior System Administrator – MSP Experience: Experience with Networking, Windows OS’s to include XP, 7, 10, Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, and 2016 Experience working with HP or Dell servers Experience working with Cisco routers and switches with a CCNA preferred Experience with Virtualization Technologies: VMWare, Hyper-V (preferred) Maintained ticket updates for reported incidents and experience with the help desk ticketing system (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow, etc.) Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware, Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
