Member Services Advocate (Claims Intake)

Start Date: November 8, 2026

Location: Charleston, SC

Schedule: Full-Time | 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for members reporting new claims and guide them through the claims intake process.
• Gather claim information, document details accurately, and assist with claim setup and follow-up activities.
• Deliver compassionate, white-glove customer service while providing reassurance and support during stressful situations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, banking, healthcare, call centers, education, insurance, or related service-focused industries.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Comfortable handling phone-based interactions and navigating multiple computer systems at once.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance or claims experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
