Operations Associate (Hybrid)
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Hours: Monday-Friday, flexible start times between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

This is a back-office operations role, not a call center position. You'll work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where accuracy, organization, and problem-solving are key. What You'll Do
- Process participant requests for retirement plan distributions and loans accurately and efficiently
- Review documentation and ensure transactions meet company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Manage a high volume of time-sensitive requests while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Contact participants as needed to verify information or clarify requests
- Communicate professionally via email to obtain required documentation
- Document participant interactions and request status updates within Jira and other tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve operational processes
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in finance, banking, operations, administration, or a detail-oriented office environment is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications
- Experience working in a high-volume environment is preferred

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of King of Prussia, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
