The Hybrid System Engineer (Escalation Team) MSP will support project needs when it comes to TCP/IP, Active Directory, Office365, Exchange, WAN, VLAN, Firewalls, VMWare, etc. The Hybrid System Engineer (Escalation Team) MSP will support the maintenance, installation, and integrity of the network’s server components, including systems backups. The Hybrid System Engineer (Escalation Team) MSP will occasionally resolve escalated tickets that come from the lower tiers. Hybrid System Engineer (Escalation Team) MSP Experience: Working knowledge and experience with VMware to perform basic VM edits, troubleshooting, and extend data stores/partitions Ability to configure and troubleshoot network equipment including routers, switches, and firewalls. Deploy new hardware using Imaging technology Utilize working knowledge and experience with exchange configuration and troubleshooting to support clients Responsible for user account management in Active Directory, Exchange, spam filter, and other platforms.
