Role Description The IB role at AURIFEROUS RAID is a full-time remote position focused on acquiring, managing, and supporting clients who trade through partnered brokers. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new traders and IBs, understanding their trading needs, and connecting them with appropriate brokerage solutions. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing ongoing support, and coordinating with brokers to ensure smooth account setup and service delivery. The IB will also monitor client activity, share market and product information, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial services offerings. This position requires proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and adherence to regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and brokerage services.
• Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, or sales within financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse clients and broker partners.
• Ability to analyze client needs, match them with appropriate brokers, and explain complex information clearly.
• Comfort with remote work, including self-management, digital collaboration tools, and CRM or client tracking systems.
• High ethical standards, professionalism, and awareness of relevant regulatory considerations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Relevant education in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong practical experience.
